Viomi Cyber Max Vacuum Not Charging

Hello, I paid 8,000 Turkish Lira (TL) for a cordless stick vacuum cleaner called the Viomi Cyber Max. However, it abruptly stopped charging after only one month of use. We sent it to your Antalya service center to be repaired, but it has been three weeks and the problem has not been resolved because a charger was not included. Is it normal to have to wait for a charger for three weeks? As a result of the delay, the brand's dependability is put at risk. I am writing to request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, and if you are unable to do so, I would appreciate a refund or exchange before the mandated deadline of March 17, 2023. I appreciate your attention to this particular issue.
