Viomi A9 Vacuum's Poor Service and Battery Woes
I purchased the Viomi A9 rechargeable upright vacuum cleaner from the Teknosa store in Noracity Shopping Center, Aksaray..., Turkey, on December 14, 2021. On June 2, 2023, due to a "battery and not charging" issue, I sent the product to Bood technical service through the Aksaray Noracity Teknosa store.
