Viomi A9 Vacuum's Poor Service and Battery Woes
I purchased the Viomi A9 rechargeable upright vacuum cleaner from the Teknosa store in Noracity Shopping Center, Aksaray, Turkey, on December 14, 2021. On June 2, 2023, due to a "battery and not charging" issue, I sent the product to Bood technical service through the Aksaray Noracity Teknosa store. It was returned to me on July 8, 2023, claiming that the product had been repaired. However, based on my experience and seeing other A9 users facing similar problems, I anticipate having to send it to the service center 4-5 more times. It is urgent that appropriate measures are taken against companies that pollute our country with their ineffective "calibration" attempts. I am disappointed with Teknosa's lack of action and concern regarding the service's approach, and I will no longer purchase from them. Additionally, I hold Bood technical service responsible for wasting my time and failing to replace the faulty battery. Viomi, as a brand, has lost my trust, and I strongly advise against purchasing their products.
