Dyson V8 Battery Failure and Denied Return
I recently purchased a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner from Teknosa, a well-known electronics retailer in Turkey. Upon using the product for the first time after a full charge, we discovered that the battery life was extremely short. Immediately, we contacted Teknosa to request a return or exchange.
Teknosa informed us that the product would need to be sent to Dyson for evaluation before they could approve our request. After a month-long wait, the product was returned to Teknosa, with Dyson claiming that the battery had been replaced and the issue resolved. However, upon receiving the product, we were shocked to learn that Dyson had denied our return request, stating that it exceeded the 14-day return period.
This situation has left us extremely frustrated and disappointed. We purchased the Dyson V8 with the expectation of a high-quality product and a reliable return policy. Instead, we have been met with delays, denials, and a disregard for our consumer rights.
