“I checked into the hotel without any problems. As they said, I didn't receive confirmation in the last week, but when I went to the hotel, there was no issue and I stayed as stated.”

I made a reservation through Vio.com and immediately received a payment confirmation email. To double-check, I called the hotel—only to learn they have no record of my booking. Concerned, I contacted Vio.com support via their online form, but all I received were generic, automated replies that did nothing to address my issue.

Each response insisted my reservation would be “confirmed within the next week,” leaving me in limbo with no clear timeline or human contact. Meanwhile, the hotel still cannot find my reservation. This “reservation not found” and “unresponsive customer support” experience is completely unacceptable.

I demand that Vio.com either confirm my booking before my travel date or issue an immediate full refund. Please resolve this “no booking confirmation” and “support unresponsive” problem now.
