I Got Charged 3 Times by Vio.com for a Hotel Booking That Was Never Confirmed
I tried to book a room through Vio.com just ten minutes before midnight, expecting a quick and smooth transaction. Unfortunately, their system threw an error and failed to confirm the reservation. Thinking it hadn’t gone through, I attempted two more times. To my shock, all three attempts were charged to my account. I had only planned to stay one night, but because of this glitch, I was forced to extend my stay by an extra day.
Now, instead of refunding me for the two extra charges, Vio.com is refusing to return the money and has even redirected the refund responsibility to the hotel — Hampton by Hilton Antalya. This is completely unacceptable. Vio.com took my money; they should be the ones issuing the refund.
I demand an immediate refund of the two unauthorized charges and a clear explanation for this system failure.
