I Face Refund Refusal by Vio.com After Booking Date Error and No Customer Service
I accidentally booked my hotel stay for July 25 instead of July 23 through Vio.com and immediately noticed the error. I reached out to the Hampton by Hilton Antalya staff the next morning, but they told me “We don’t work with that site” and couldn’t help. Frustrated, I contacted Vio.com’s customer service—but there isn’t any. Every link led nowhere, and no one ever answered my emails or chat requests.
When I tried to cancel the booking online, Vio.com confirmed the cancellation but then bluntly stated “No refund will be issued.” They withdrew the full payment and refuse to return my money despite the date mix-up being unintentional and reported within hours.
This “refund refused” and “customer service unresponsive” situation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of my full payment and a clear explanation of how Vio.com plans to fix this booking date error. Please resolve this promptly.
