I’ve tried booking multiple hotel stays through Vio.com and similar discount travel sites, lured by rates advertised at 10–20% below standard prices. Each time, I’ve paid up front but then either received “invalid reservation” notices or been told the hotel has no record of my booking. Every attempt to contact Vio.com support yields generic auto-replies promising “confirmation within a week,” yet nothing ever happens. Meanwhile, the hotel refuses to honor the rate, and local providers like ETS or Tatilbudur—where I could book directly—never present these hidden issues.

This “app crash after payment” and “reservation not found” pattern is unacceptable. I demand that Vio.com clearly honor the discounted bookings I paid for or issue full refunds immediately. Please resolve this “refund refused” and “booking not confirmed” problem without further delay.
