I booked a room through Vio.com and immediately received an “invalid reservation” notice, yet they still charged my payment. When I checked my bank account, the full amount was withdrawn, but Vio.com never issued a refund. With no viable options, I was forced to cancel the reservation entirely. Despite canceling within hours of the invalid notice, Vio.com’s “customer support” remains unresponsive and refuses to refund me. I even provided the reservation screenshot as proof, but they still declined.
