Viewsonic Faulty Monitor & Refusal to Return

I bought a Viewsonic XG2431 monitor from Sinerji.gen.tr for ₺8,499, which was a great deal compared to the usual price of ₺14-15,000. Upon receiving the monitor, I couldn't help but notice some dead pixels and a minor light leak. I reached out to Sinerji.gen.tr and they advised me to ship the monitor to the KVK Viewsonic Kartal service center.

I followed their instructions, but the service center declined to take the monitor and sent it back to me without even opening it. I'm really let down by both Sinerji.gen.tr and Viewsonic. I just wanted to exchange a defective item for a new one. I wouldn't suggest purchasing monitors from either of these companies.
