Monster Monitor Became Completely Unusable After Only 2.5 Years

I purchased the Monster Aryond A27 V1.2 Monitor online on December 30, 2022. When I returned from trips, the screen wouldn’t turn on, but it would start working the next day (this happened twice). I thought it might be a feature or something. However, after my latest trip, the screen never turned on again. I took it to the technical service in Ankara, and they said the panel needed to be replaced — and the cost was 6,300₺. Meanwhile, a brand-new one costs 7,500₺. I called customer service and told them that the warranty expired 6 months ago, and now the product is basically useless. As a gesture of customer satisfaction, they offered a discount of around 620₺, but it was far from satisfactory. I'm sharing this complaint as a warning to anyone considering buying from Monster. The monitor I bought had a lifespan of only 2.5 years. Keep this in mind before shopping with Monster.
