About ten months back, we invested in a pretty cool all-season Viessmann Combi from Alaşehir Dört Mevsim Engineering, we were supposed to get a room thermostat with the model we bought, right? It was in the contract and all. But even though it's been a while, they still haven't given us the thermostat they promised. It was totally in the agreement, too. We're so over their procrastination. It's always deceiving and frustrating. Also, they won't give me my money back even though they didn't deliver. They say one thing during the sale and something completely different afterward.
