Bosch Delivery Problem Still Unresolved
My fiancé and I bought a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and built-in set from a Bosch dealership in Van/Erciş seven months ago. We agreed that the items would be stored until the wedding. We unexpectedly had to relocate to Tunceli. Ten days before the wedding, I requested that the items be moved from Van/Erciş to Tunceli and coordinated transportation with the mover. The truck was parked in front of the Erciş Bosch dealership. However, we were told that the built-in set and washing machine were unavailable, and that only the refrigerator and dishwasher could be delivered. They assured us that the missing items would be shipped later. Ten days have passed, and we still have not received the products, nor has the installation been completed. To make matters worse, the dealer now claims that Bosch does not stock the products we purchased. I have receipts and invoices to prove the purchase. I believe Bosch deceived me and am considering legal action. I've tried to explain everything in detail.
