VFS Global Visa Appointment Issue – Wrong Category Selected, Now No Available Slots

My fiancé, cousin, and I booked a Netherlands visa appointment through VFS Global. However, when we arrived at the counter, we were denied service because we had selected the "Others" category, which we were told was not suitable for us.
There was no clear information anywhere stating that this category was incorrect, and we trusted the staff at VFS Global. Now, we are unable to book a new appointment, even though all our documents and travel plans are ready.
VFS Global, please fix this issue immediately! This was not our fault, yet we are now stuck without a visa appointment. We need a solution as soon as possible so we can proceed with our application!
