VFS Global Refused to Cancel My Incorrect Netherlands Visa Appointment

I booked a tourist visa appointment for the Netherlands through VFS Global, but it was mistakenly scheduled as a short-term other type visa. When I tried to rebook for the correct business visa, the system would not allow it because my current appointment is still active. I contacted VFS Global to cancel the incorrect appointment, but they refused and told me to wait until the appointment date. This is deeply upsetting as my travel is planned for just a month after that date, and their lack of assistance is causing unnecessary delays.
