VFS Global Delayed My Wife's Netherlands Visa, We May Miss Our Flight

I submitted a visa application for the Netherlands via VFS Global in Ankara, together with my wife. My passport has arrived, but hers is still unaccounted for, and our travel date is fast approaching. I’ve reached out to VFS Global for clear information, but I’m still waiting for any solid answers or updates. This situation is placing us in a difficult position as we might have to cancel our flight tickets, and the company we’re traveling with is also awaiting our final approval. It's really frustrating not knowing if we'll be able to go, especially since we followed all the guidelines.
