I urgently need help with rescheduling my Netherlands visa appointment through VFS Global. We initially booked the appointment for a family visa application, but we were later informed that the required support letter would be delayed. Because of that, I’ve been trying to postpone the appointment, but the system simply won’t let me.

VFS claims that appointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. However, despite multiple attempts within that time frame, the system kept giving errors and never allowed the change. Now that the 72-hour window has passed, I’m completely stuck. We’ve emailed and called VFS several times, but no one has responded with a solution.

This is a time-sensitive issue and it’s unacceptable to be left without support after paying ₺ for services that don’t work. I demand immediate assistance to reschedule my appointment. If your system can’t function properly, at least offer real human support to help fix it. We can’t afford delays due to avoidable technical failures and silence. Please resolve this immediately.
