VFS Global Scheduled My Czech Tourist Visa as Business, Unable to Cancel or Rebook
I booked a tourist visa appointment for the Czech Republic through VFS Global, but it was mistakenly scheduled as a business visa. Now, when I try to rebook the correct tourist visa, the system won’t allow it because my existing appointment is still active. I’ve contacted VFS Global asking them to cancel my current appointment, but they refuse, telling me to wait until the appointment date. This is extremely frustrating because my travel is scheduled for a month after the appointment date, and VFS is not helping to resolve this issue. I need this incorrect booking canceled immediately so I can apply for the correct visa. VFS Global, please address this issue and provide a solution!
