I applied for a Netherlands tourist visa through VFS Global and joined the waiting list on January 29, 2025. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation stating that I was on the waiting list and that I would be notified via email when an appointment became available. However, it has now been 1.5 months, and I have not received any update.
Two days ago, when I logged into my VFS account, I was shocked to see that my application had been deleted. I immediately contacted customer support via email and phone. The email support agent told me they couldn’t check the waiting list and suggested that I reapply. However, the phone support agent claimed they could check it and took my passport number to create a complaint ticket—but no one has responded since.
My flight date is approaching, and I am completely stuck without a visa. The lack of response and the careless attitude of telling me to reapply as if nothing happened is unacceptable. VFS Global must fix this immediately and reinstate my application.
