I mistakenly booked a VFS Global visa appointment for the Czech Republic in İzmir, even though I reside in Ankara. I realized the mistake immediately and tried to cancel it within 30 minutes, but I was informed that refunds are not possible. However, I am not requesting a refund—I just need the appointment canceled so I can book a new one in Ankara.
I called the customer service center, and they told me to contact them via email. I sent multiple emails explaining that I only need the appointment canceled, yet I received no real help. Why is it so difficult to cancel an appointment for a service I cannot even use?
VFS Global, please cancel my appointment immediately! I also urge you to add an address verification step when booking, as I am not the only one facing this issue. I hope this complaint reaches someone who can help resolve this quickly!
