VFS Global Has Accessibility Issues—I Can’t Select Visa Type or Verify Email

I am trying to apply for a visa through the VFS Global website, but I am facing serious accessibility issues. As a visually impaired user, the site is not user-friendly, making the application process extremely frustrating.
One major issue is that I cannot select the visa type in the "New Application" section because the drop-down menu does not appear. Additionally, I am forced to verify my email repeatedly, which makes the process even more difficult.
VFS Global needs to address these accessibility problems immediately. How am I supposed to complete my application if the website does not function properly for all users? Please provide a solution as soon as possible!
