I Can’t Track My Passport on VFS Global—Verification Code Always Fails
Hello, I’ve been trying to check the status of my passport and visa through the VFS Global passport tracking site, but I keep encountering constant errors. Every time I enter the visual verification code (CAPTCHA), the site rejects it—even when it’s typed in correctly.
Because of this issue, I can’t access any information about whether my visa has been approved or if my passport is ready for return. I’m left completely in the dark. This isn’t just a technical glitch—it’s affecting real plans and real people. I have an upcoming flight and urgently need to know the status of my documents.
It’s incredibly frustrating that a service provider responsible for processing international travel documents has such a broken, non-functional status system. There’s no alternative way to check updates, and support is unresponsive.
VFS Global, please fix the tracking site and provide users with a working system to check passport and visa updates. People are relying on timely, accurate information—especially those with scheduled flights. I need help now.
