VFS Global Review: Can’t Access My Account or Reset Password

I have been unable to log into my VFS Global account for days. Every time I try to reset my password, I get an error message, and the system won’t let me set a new one. When I attempt to create a new account, it’s impossible—the site keeps redirecting me to the same page, and I’m stuck in an endless loop.

I have tried multiple times, on different devices and browsers, but nothing works. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I need access to my account urgently.

VFS Global, please fix this issue! How can people apply for visas if they can’t even log in? I expect a quick resolution—please provide real support!
