VFS Global Family Reunion Appointment Issues - Please Help

My spouse initiated a family reunion request from France, which was approved. I was instructed via email to prepare the documents and schedule an appointment through VFS Global using the link provided (https://france-visas.gouv.fr/fr_FR/web/france-visas). Despite multiple attempts and messages over the past 6 months, I have not received any response. The request period expires on the 21st of this month, and I still haven't secured an appointment. All my efforts seem to be in vain. The French consulate has not been helpful at all. I am in a very difficult situation with my 3 children, our home is rented, and we are facing eviction. I desperately want to join my spouse. Every time I call to explain my situation, they tell me to wait and that there's nothing they can do. Please help...😭
