VFS Global Delays Visa Appointment for 1.5 Months

I've been trying for about 1.5 months to get a visa appointment with VFS Global, but it's been impossible! My fiance and I are planning to marry, but we are separated by borders. We don't have a life together, despite the fact that everyone claims to support family unity. We've submitted approximately 300 documents, with my spouse collecting them overseas while I do the same here. We even shelled out 2500 TL for a doctor's report. We're not complaining about the expenses; we willingly paid them. But no appointment has been made! All of our efforts with the documents seem pointless without an appointment. And we're running out of time because some of our documents are about to expire. When do you intend to schedule the family reunification visa interviews? We've sent emails, but there hasn't been a response; it's a back-and-forth between the consulate and VFS. How much longer can this go on? I beg you to please be compassionate. We're hoping for a positive response. Waiting like this is wearing us down. Please be merciful to these people!
