VFS Global Visa Delay Problem

It's been three months since I submitted my passport to VFS Global for a French visa application on November 8, 2023, but I still haven't received it back. When I ask, I'm informed that the process is still in progress at the consulate, without any resolution yet. It has been a whole three months! I'm uncertain about the status of the visa, whether it has been approved or rejected. Regrettably, I haven't received any information at all. I need to get the visa as soon as possible. Has anyone discovered a resolution to comparable problems? I kindly request that my concern be attended to. Thanks for your help.
