VFS Global Appointment Cancellation Problems

I made an appointment with VFS Global in Ankara for December 8th. That day was up as I made a second appointment for my friend. We made a second appointment on November 11th so that we could make it before all the days were filled. We wanted to cancel the first one so it would be on the same day. We called and they said you need to send an e-mail but it will take a few days. They did not solve any of our problems and threw us away with answers such as "We can't do anything, what else?" We sent an e-mail to cancel the first appointment. They sent me an e-mail within 1-2 days saying it was canceled. They said it would be available in the "My Applications" section on the site within a few days. Meanwhile, we missed other appointments on November 11th. We wanted to cancel the second appointment, so we sent an e-mail. We have been trying to cancel since November 2nd and have received countless e-mails. However, despite the "we canceled" messages, it still seems like it hasn't been canceled in the system. New appointments are opening and filling up. Why can't they do the process that normally takes 1 day for weeks? They take all kinds of payments for canceled appointments, we accept this, but please do not cause any further inconvenience. We have filled out a new application form. But since it is not possible to make an appointment with the same passport number, we cannot make an appointment at all and there are no appointments left. Maybe it won't open again for December. We have been following the site for appointments since October. There is a cancellation option on the site and it cannot be canceled from there. Neither their website nor customer service could solve our problem. It shouldn't be this hard.

The issue has been resolved, but I am unable to get a new appointment due to the disruption. All appointments filled up right before my eyes. For 3 weeks, they haven't been able to cancel.
