I have been unable to access the VFS Global portal to book a Belgium visa appointment for nearly three weeks. The Vow portal information form states that appointments can be made directly through the portal, but the system doesn’t allow me to proceed. The appointment screen does not load or function, as shown in the attached images.

I have followed every suggestion provided by the helpdesk. I switched browsers (Chrome, Firefox), changed devices, cleared cookies, used incognito mode, reset my password, and even created a new account with a different email and phone number. Despite these efforts, I still cannot access the system.

This has caused a significant delay and frustration. I request urgent support to resolve this issue and enable me to access the appointment system. It’s been three weeks, and the problem remains unresolved. Please address this immediately.
