I Can't Book a Belgian Visa Appointment on VFS Global

I've been trying to book a Belgian visa appointment through VFS Global for the past two weeks, but I'm stuck at the country selection step. When I reach this stage, the option to choose Turkey doesn't appear. If I select any other two countries, the website freezes completely.
I've tried every solution I can think of: clearing browser cookies, using different email addresses, switching browsers, trying incognito mode, and even connecting from different networks. Despite all this, I'm still unable to book an appointment.
I’ve reached out to the support team multiple times, and while they seem aware of the issue, their only suggestion is to keep trying the same steps that clearly aren’t working. According to comments I’ve seen online, others have faced the same problem before, and it seems like VFS is well aware of this issue but hasn’t taken any effective steps to resolve it.
It’s incredibly frustrating that due to a ridiculous system bug, I can't even access the appointment booking system, let alone book a slot. I urge VFS to take immediate action and fix this issue.
