I Can’t Get a Denmark Visa Appointment from VFS Ankara

I’ve been trying to book a Denmark visa appointment through VFS Global Ankara, but the system simply won’t let me in. I previously had similar issues while applying for a France visa, and now the exact same problems are happening again.

I log into my VFS account, but then it asks for an OTP code, which never arrives—not to my email or my phone. When I try to reset my password or reattempt the process, the system either says my email isn’t recognized or refuses to accept my credentials altogether. It’s a loop of dead ends.

Applying for a visa as a Turkish citizen is already difficult enough, but being blocked even before the application begins due to technical issues on VFS Global’s end is incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

VFS Global, I urge you to fix your login and OTP system immediately. Applicants should not be stuck outside the door because of a broken system. Let us in—so we can move forward with our visa applications. This issue needs urgent attention.
