I Can’t Complete My Denmark Visa Form on VFS Global Due to Persistent Message20 Error

I’ve been trying to schedule a Denmark visa appointment via VFS Global, and although there are available time slots, the system won’t let me complete the form. Every single time I open the application form and begin filling in my information, a red error pops up at the top saying: “Applicant Information. Messages. Error messages. Message20.”
Even when I carefully complete all required fields, I can’t get past the final step—the OTP code screen never loads properly due to the same error. I’ve repeated this process countless times, wasting hours of my time and getting more frustrated with each failed attempt.
This isn’t just an occasional glitch—it’s a recurring system error that makes it impossible to submit a basic visa form. I’ve tried on different browsers, cleared my cache, and even used multiple devices. Nothing changes. This is not the kind of digital experience applicants should be dealing with, especially when time-sensitive travel plans depend on it.
