VFS Global Schengen Visa Appointment System Errors Block Booking

I have been trying to get an online appointment for a short-term tourist Schengen visa for France via VFS Global Istanbul for about the last three months, but I constantly encounter system errors and cannot create an appointment. Almost every time I try, I receive a different warning and cannot complete the process. While logging into the system and proceeding through the appointment steps, I sometimes get error messages such as “Your account has been locked” and “This email address is not registered in the system”, and when uploading my passport, I receive the warning “You have exceeded the maximum upload limit”. When I reported these issues, I only received standard responses such as “Clear your cookies” or “Log in from a different browser”. However, none of these suggestions solved the problem. I tried different browsers, different computers, different internet connections, and even different locations at different times, but I continued to encounter the same errors and therefore have been unable to get an appointment for months. My expectation from VFS Global is that these technical problems in the system be permanently resolved, that any restrictions or blocks on my account be completely removed if there are any, and that I be enabled to get an appointment for a France visa without any issues as soon as possible. Due to this long-standing technical problem, I am experiencing a serious loss of time and victimization, and I urgently request a fast and permanent solution.
