I Can’t Cancel My Denmark Visa Appointment on VFS Global or Get a Refund

I booked a Denmark visa appointment through VFS Global and now need to cancel it due to personal reasons. However, when I contacted them, I was told that cancellations are not possible and no refunds would be issued—regardless of the circumstances.
What’s more frustrating is that there was no alternative payment method other than online payment at the time of booking. I paid in good faith, expecting at least the basic right to cancel if needed. Now I’m stuck with a paid appointment I can’t attend and a company refusing to return my money.
This kind of rigid, one-sided policy is completely unacceptable—especially from a service provider responsible for handling international travel logistics. If a user can’t attend the appointment, there should be a straightforward and fair cancellation process in place.
VFS Global, I demand that you revise your policies and provide users with the right to cancel and receive a refund. Taking people’s money without offering any flexibility or service in return is unjust.
