VFS Global Appointment System Keeps Crashing and My Poland Visa Process Is Stuck

The system keeps crashing, leaving me trapped, even though I've been trying to get an appointment through VFS Global for a Poland visa for months. It is quite annoying that my appointment was canceled after I finally had it scheduled because of problems with their online payment option. They seem intent on preventing anyone from going ahead with their intentions. It is limiting our capacity to travel, and I am aware that many others are experiencing the same thing. This is unjust and creating needless hardship for everyone attempting to access VFS Global's services; the company has to adjust its system and open up more appointments.
