VFS Global's Missing Turkey Option

After filling out the visa application form on the Vow website, it redirects you to the VFS site for an appointment. In the first tab, you need to select the country you live in and the country you are going to. Unfortunately, there is no Turkey option available on the VFS site. It's very clear that the site is not well-prepared. Even more frustrating, no matter how many emails I send about this issue, they always respond with the same email: clear cookies, close all tabs, try different browsers... Despite mentioning this in my email, they keep sending the same response repeatedly. I still can't access the appointment system, and this issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
