I submitted my Belgium VIP visa application on January 28, 2025. About 20 days later, I received an email stating that my application was being reviewed by the Immigration Office. Since then, there has been complete silence—no updates, no emails, and no way to track my application status.
The VFS online tracking system has been totally useless. Even though I enter all my details correctly, including the verification code, the system gives an error saying the code is invalid. I’ve tried multiple times, with no success. There is no other update platform, and I haven’t received a single follow-up email regarding the next steps.
It’s extremely frustrating not being able to track the progress of something as critical as a visa application. I paid a premium fee for the VIP service, yet I'm stuck with a system that doesn’t even function properly.
