Urgent Visa Application Status - Unable to Track Through VFS Global

We applied for a visa through VFS Global on June 18. There is only one week left until our trip, and we still haven’t received any response. Moreover, when we try to check the status of our application through their website, even though we enter the verification code correctly, it keeps saying it’s incorrect and doesn’t redirect us to the relevant page. We tried multiple times, but nothing changed. Later, we found out that this has been a long-standing issue, and the company hasn’t even bothered to fix it. You have only one job to do, and we kindly ask you to do it properly. All I want is to be able to track the status of my visa.

They directed me to email addresses, I sent an email explaining the situation, but I did not receive any response afterwards.

Dear VFS officials, would you consider answering the call or replying to the email I sent you?

Today, my email, which I sent for the second time, was finally answered.
