On April 25, I submitted my application for a Netherlands visa through VFS Global. Since then, I’ve been trying to track my application status using the provided reference number, but the system keeps giving an error and does not recognize my case.
What’s even more worrying is that I have no idea where my passport is. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I can’t get through to anyone—no live representative, no email response, no proper support.
This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when such sensitive documents are involved. I am now left in the dark with no access to updates or timelines, and the silence from VFS Global only adds to my concern.
I urgently request that someone from VFS Global contacts me immediately regarding the status of my visa and, more importantly, the location of my passport. This process needs to be transparent and reliable—please take action now.
