I Cannot Track My Visa Application Through VFS Global


On April 16, 2025, I applied for a business visa for the Netherlands via VFS Global in Izmir/TURKEY. The same day, I received my tracking code starting with "a" via e-mail and was able to check it through the system for 3 days. However, after that, the system stopped recognizing my information. Now, I am receiving an "invalid inputs" warning after entering the same details. There is no information about the status of my passport, and I have no idea whether it is still being processed or lost. I can never be reached by phone. I urgently request a clear update on the status of my application and passport. Please contact me as soon as possible.
