Vestel Washing Machine Shakes Excessively During Spin and Moves Around
I purchased a Vestel washing machine on 04.10.2024 with the serial number 00787666007994970251. The machine worked without any issues for about 1.5 months, and we always used it in the same way, washing similar types of laundry. However, for the past month, we have been unable to use the machine. Regardless of the type of laundry, during the spin cycle, the machine starts shaking excessively and even moves around. The service team visited twice and inspected the machine on-site. They ran a short 12-minute program with the machine empty and left, saying there was no problem. The most recent visit was on 08.01.2025, and the same process was repeated, with no resolution. When I try to use the machine again, the same issue persists. I request that the product be taken to the factory for inspection and the problem resolved, or that it be replaced. This was a gift for my mother, and I have been dealing with this issue for a month. No formal communication was established with me. The technical service directed another service to my home, and they left after telling us there was no issue with the product. However, we cannot use the machine. In 2 out of every 3 washes, the machine's condition is as shown in the video.
The issue regarding my complaint has been resolved. I was contacted by the company. The product was replaced with a new one.
