I Want Vestel to Replace My Washing Machine That Damages Clothes

In February 2024, I purchased a new washing machine from Vestel store. Since the first day I used the machine, I noticed tears in my clothes every time I washed them. I called Vestel customer service several times to solve the problem and the service team came 4-5 times in total. First, I was told that there was a motor malfunction and parts were replaced, but the problem persisted. Afterwards, I called for service again due to the loud noise, and this time I was told that the griddle was faulty and that this was the cause of the string pulling problem. Despite all these faults, I demanded a complete replacement of the product, but I was offered a 2-year extension of the warranty and a gift of small household appliances along with the replacement of parts. I did not accept these offers and reiterated my request for product replacement. Despite this, I was not called again and no permanent solution was offered to my problem. I have my warranty certificate, I paid for the product in advance and I did not make any additional payment for the service. My expectation from Vestel is to replace this washing machine, which is constantly causing problems and damaging my clothes with every wash, with a new one as soon as possible. I want my victimization to be eliminated.
