Vestel Washing Machine Replacement Failed as the Same Issue Happened Again

Approximately a month ago, I had my Vestel washing machine replaced because of a malfunction, but sadly, the same problem has arisen once more. The washing machine appears to have a persistent issue, as this marks the third occasion I’ve encountered the same problem. Using it is incredibly frustrating due to the loud noise it generates, resembling a helicopter operating right in my living space. I was optimistic that the replacement would fix the issue, but it’s evident that the problem continues. I have lost my confidence in the quality of the product and would appreciate it if Vestel could arrange for its return and provide a full refund. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I sincerely hope the company addresses my complaint with the seriousness it deserves and offers a timely resolution.
