Tallflix Attempted To Charge Account

I had a monthly subscription with the Tallfix movie app, which I cancelled from within the app several months ago. Despite this, Tallfix keeps attempting to charge my PayPal account linked to the email address shortdrama2***@163.com. Although the payments are not being completed, I regularly see new charge attempts from Tallfix on my PayPal, which is worrying and makes me feel unsafe using my account. I have already cancelled the subscription in the app and do not understand why these attempts are still continuing. I request that Tallfix immediately and permanently stop all charge attempts on my PayPal account, fully confirm that my subscription and account are cancelled, and send me written confirmation that no further charges or attempts will be made.
