Vestel Windsor Washing Machine Makes Loud Noise - Service Denies the Issue

I have been experiencing issues with my Vestel Windsor washing machine. When I first bought it, it was completely silent, but over time, it started making extremely loud and abnormal noises. The noise is so intense that it disturbs the building residents and prevents us from sleeping, happening during every wash cycle regardless of the load. Although the machine remains in place, the noise is unbearable. The technical team came and inspected it while it was still under warranty, but instead of fixing the issue, they dismissed it by saying, "There’s nothing abnormal" and suggested that maybe only certain loads cause the noise. I am extremely dissatisfied and filing a complaint. I will pursue my rights to the fullest.
