Vestel Refused to Compensate Defective Vacuum Cleaner

I recently purchased two vacuum cleaners from Vestel. Unfortunately, the metal part of one broke, and after around four months, the second vacuum suffered the same fate. When I opened the new one, I discovered a flaw in its metal part, causing it to malfunction during use. I took it to the service center, and my surprise, they said I had to pay for the repair. Why should I pay for a defective product that I just opened?

This is not the first time I've had issues with Vestel's service. The same Kırşehir service center claimed I intentionally damaged a refrigerator they repaired, deducting a penalty from my salary without providing any evidence. This incident has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I've decided not to purchase anything from Vestel again. It's truly a disappointment, Vestel!
