Vestel Deep Freezer Fails to Cool

On July 10, 2024, I purchased a deep freezer from a Vestel dealer for ₺10,000, transferred via IBAN. The product was installed on July 15, 2024. Following instructions, I waited 6 hours after plugging it in before adding items. However, the freezer failed to cool properly.

Upon discovering this defect, I immediately requested a refund. Instead of honoring my request, they insisted on creating a repair ticket. I find it unacceptable and embarrassing to need repairs for a brand new product.

I've contacted both the dealer and customer service, but it seems they're deliberately stalling until the 14-day return period expires. This tactic is frustrating and disappointing.

I'm demanding an immediate explanation for this situation. I want a full refund of the product price and for Vestel to collect their faulty freezer.
