Vestel CMI98422 Wi-Fi Washer Stains My Laundry and Door Rusts Due to Poor Installation


My Vestel CMI98422 Wi-Fi washing machine, under warranty until 2030, has had ongoing washing issues for a long time. Initially, I was asked to pay ₺1200 for repairs, but after filing a complaint, they waived the fee. However, when the technicians returned to collect the machine, they claimed the issue wasn’t related to the original fee and suggested it might be due to something else. Every technician who visits mentions that they’ve never encountered this issue before, yet none have found a solution. For months, my laundry has come out stained, and due to improper installation, the door rubs against the front panel, causing paint wear and rust. The service center’s only suggestion is to replace the panel, which they believe will fix the issue. But will a new panel stop the door from rubbing, or will it just rust again? Am I expected to replace the panel every year? And how does a panel replacement resolve the poor washing performance? Despite my concerns, they insist this is the fix. Both the door installation and washing problems are being ignored due to a lack of understanding. They’re only focused on replacing parts without addressing the real issue. A washing test and all necessary evaluations were performed at my home, but still, there’s no resolution. Vestel refuses to replace the machine, despite my not even asking for it. Customer service just wants to avoid responsibility. It’s a significant number of issues within such a short time, and I’ve been battling this for over a month. The brand’s response is unhelpful, focused only on covering up the problem. I will not stay silent. I intend to fight for my rights until I secure a replacement. A machine this new shouldn’t have these issues. I regret using my card to buy this product, and I’ll never purchase anything from Vestel again. To anyone considering this machine: washing your clothes by hand would yield better results.
