Vestel KCMI 98142 Washing Machine Broken by Service - I Want Refund!
I contacted Vestel to request service for my Vestel KCMI 98142 washing machine due to performance issues and a drying problem. The drying function was not working, and I knew the issue was caused by a switch inside the machine. I handed over my machine to the authorized service while it was still in working condition. However, it remained in service for about 3–4 weeks, and I was charged ₺3,000 for maintenance, which I paid. When the machine was returned home, it was no longer working and had completely broken down after the service process. I have two different service receipts with numbers 9103725615 and 8114072187. I believe a second record was opened to make the service duration appear shorter. Although my machine is still under warranty, I was charged for maintenance, and my previously functional machine was damaged after the service, leaving me victimized. I have not yet contacted Vestel customer service again. My request from Vestel is to be provided with a brand-new machine of the same model and a refund of the ₺3,000 maintenance fee I paid. I expect my grievance to be resolved urgently.
No action was taken, we were not contacted. The company is not solution-oriented.
