Vestel BM-5302 X Wi-Fi Dishwasher Keeps Failing Despite Multiple Service Calls

I have been using the Vestel BM-5302 X Wi-Fi dishwasher for a month. I called the technical service because it left the dishes wet and did not dry them. The same problem occurred four times in one month, even though the technical service came. The problem still persists. The technical service is doing everything it can to avoid making any changes. On the first call-out, the salt cap was leaking water, the rinse aid and salt cap were replaced. On the second call, they increased the level of rinse aid and did not replace it, even though the basket was broken. On the third call, they wanted to try the machine themselves. They started it, came back three and a half hours later and said there was still the same problem, but it was better than before. They suggested a brand of rinse aid. We used it and the problem was the same. On the fourth call they checked the water setting and said it was drying, but when we tried it the same problem persisted. The solution was to say not to put plastic items in the dishwasher, it absorbs water. What do you mean, plastic items cannot be washed in the dishwasher? Why do the metals get wet? On the fifth breakdown, we asked for a replacement, they said it still worked and tried to take it home. All this happened within a month. Do we have to remind them of the guarantee conditions? Vestel is a shame. We are starting the consumer court procedure.
