Vestel Authorized Service Complaint - Rude Staff

“Vestel representatives contacted me shortly regarding my complaint, informing me that the relevant service had been warned and apologizing on behalf of the company for their rude behavior. Thank you for this. I also want to thank the Şikayetvar representatives. Thanks to you, we can convey our complaints and find solutions to our problems; it's great that you exist.”

On February 25, 2024, I visited the service center to purchase an Android TV remote control. The service representative was initially very polite. He showed me the remote control and explained how to use it.

However, when I went to pay for the remote control with my credit card, he became very rude. He told me that I could only pay by cash or by transferring money to an IBAN account.

When I asked why, he told me that they only had one POS device and that they had sent it out for service. I asked him why a busy service center like theirs only had one POS device. He simply said, "That's all we have." I was very disappointed with the service I received at the Vestel Ankara Çankaya Yıldızevler authorized service center.

I am a loyal Vestel customer and I have never had a problem with their products or services before. However, the experience I had at this service center has made me question whether I will continue to be a Vestel customer.

I am requesting that Vestel investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
